We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

1. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. For hygiene reasons, worn wigs cannot be returned.

To request a return, please contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
